TWIN ANGEL FOLK FEST
2009 Results and Thank you!!

Dear FRIENDS,
First - we would like to thank EVERYONE who
helped make this year's Folk Fest an amazing
success. We battled with Mother Nature once
again and as usual - we ended up winning!!!
We were able to raise around $3,000 - which
will be divided between the TTTS Foundation
and Dr. DeLia's research institute and the
remainder will go towards running the Twin
Angel Foundation (website expenses,
etc...and for next years Folk Fest as
well!). We realize the rain kept many folks
away and because the event happens "rain or
shine" we take that chance. In our minds
and hearts, this year was a fabulous success
because EVERY dollar donated is worth the
work. This money goes to help other
families affected by Twin to Twin
Transfusion Syndrome and to help Dr. DeLia
continue his invaluable research on saving
more babies!!
As far as how many people were in
attendance, it's hard to tell. Many folks
purchased their tickets/wristbands at the
door, but we think an estimate of around
125-150 people or more is a fair number.
We are hoping, of course, for better weather
next year - but regardless, we know that we
are doing exactly what our angel boys, Ben
and Josh, would want us to do. We are
grateful to all of you as you continue to
help us and the Twin Angel Foundation help
families affected by TTTS. We celebrate all
TTTS Survivors as well as all TTTS angels,
and know that each year our Ben and Josh are
smiling down on us at the Folk Fest.
We hope to begin planning some other "fun"
raising opportunities throughout the year
and we will keep you posted. Please

for the 5th Annual Twin Angel Folk Fest!!!
And consider volunteering with us - it
